1. User Registration and Account Responsibility

Your account is intended exclusively for your personal use and must not be transferred, shared, rented, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party. Vision JRF reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account found to be involved in unauthorized access, account sharing, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.
2. Limited License to Use the Services
Upon successful enrolment, Vision JRF grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access the purchased course solely for your personal educational purposes.
This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the course content, software, study material, or intellectual property belonging to Vision JRF.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all content made available through Vision JRF, including but not limited to video lectures, live classes, recorded sessions, PDF notes, printed study material, e-books, presentations, graphics, illustrations, question banks, mock tests, assignments, website content, logos, trademarks, software, course structure, branding elements, designs, and educational resources, shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Vision JRF.
Such content is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and all other applicable intellectual property laws. No right, title, or interest in any intellectual property shall pass to the user by virtue of course enrolment or payment of fees.
4. Copyright Protection of Printed and Digital Study Material
All printed (hard copy) and digital (soft copy) study materials supplied by Vision JRF are intended exclusively for the personal educational use of the enrolled student.
You expressly agree that you shall not reproduce, photocopy, scan, digitize, translate, print additional copies, modify, adapt, compile, distribute, upload, publish, transmit, circulate, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, commercially exploit, or otherwise make available any part of the study material in any form without obtaining prior written permission from Vision JRF.
The sharing of PDF notes, printed books, handwritten notes, presentations, e-books, or any educational content through Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, social media platforms, websites, coaching institutes, cloud storage services, file-sharing applications, or any other online or offline medium is strictly prohibited and shall constitute copyright infringement.
5. Video Lectures and Digital Content Policy
All live classes, recorded lectures, webinars, tutorial videos, and digital educational resources are protected by copyright and digital intellectual property laws.
Users shall not record, screen record, capture screenshots for distribution, download through unauthorized software, mirror, rebroadcast, stream, upload, edit, clip, reproduce, duplicate, redistribute, sell, or publicly communicate any lecture or video content in whole or in part.
The use of Vision JRF's video lectures for classroom teaching, coaching, institutional training, commercial purposes, YouTube channels, social media platforms, educational websites, or any third-party platform without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Vision JRF reserves the right to employ digital watermarking, piracy detection systems, and other technological measures to identify unauthorized use or distribution of its video content.
6. Prohibited Conduct
While using the Services, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates applicable law or adversely affects the integrity, security, reputation, or functioning of Vision JRF.
Without limitation, you shall not share login credentials, permit unauthorized users to access your account, copy examination content, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access to servers or databases, upload malicious software, impersonate another individual, disrupt live classes, misuse discussion forums, post offensive or defamatory material, or promote competing educational services through the platform.
7. Online Assessments and Test Series
All mock tests, question papers, solutions, answer keys, explanations, rankings, analytics, and assessment materials are proprietary educational resources developed by Vision JRF.
No user shall reproduce, copy, publish, circulate, record, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit any examination content without the prior written consent of Vision JRF.
Any attempt to compromise the integrity of online examinations, including unfair means, impersonation, or unauthorized sharing of test content, may result in immediate disciplinary action.
8. Student Code of Conduct
Users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, ethical, and professional manner while interacting with faculty members, staff, and fellow learners.
Vision JRF maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive language, harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, academic misconduct, spamming, disruptive behaviour during live classes, or any activity that adversely affects the learning environment.
9. Payments and Refunds
All course fees are payable in advance and shall be processed through authorized payment gateways. Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed exclusively by the Vision JRF Refund Policy published on the website.
Vision JRF shall not be responsible for payment failures, banking delays, gateway errors, or interruptions caused by third-party payment service providers.
10. Suspension and Disciplinary Action
Vision JRF reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts found to be involved in any violation of these Terms.
Disciplinary action may include suspension of account access, permanent cancellation of course enrolment, forfeiture of course fees, blocking of future registrations, removal from live classes, cancellation of certificates, disqualification from scholarship programmes or promotional activities, reporting of copyright violations to online platforms, issuance of cease-and-desist notices, recovery of damages, and initiation of civil and criminal proceedings wherever applicable.
11. Anti-Piracy and Copyright Enforcement
Vision JRF actively monitors unauthorized distribution of its educational content. Any person found copying, recording, downloading, uploading, selling, sharing, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting Vision JRF content without authorization shall be liable for appropriate legal action.
Vision JRF reserves the right to seek permanent injunctions, removal of infringing content from digital platforms, monetary compensation, recovery of legal expenses, criminal prosecution, and all other remedies available under applicable law.
12. Disclaimer
Vision JRF provides educational guidance, learning resources, and academic support to assist students in their preparation. However, admission to educational institutions, qualification in examinations, selection for Assistant Professor positions, Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), State Eligibility Tests (SET), or any other academic or employment opportunity depends upon individual performance and various external factors.
Accordingly, Vision JRF does not guarantee examination success, rankings, admissions, scholarships, employment, or any specific academic outcome.
