At Vision JRF, we are committed to delivering the highest quality educational content and experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have crafted this Refund Policy to be fair to both students and our team.
Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By completing a payment on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined here.
Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- ✓A refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date and less than 20% of the course content has been accessed
- ✓The course or material you purchased was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
- ✓You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a payment gateway error
- ✓The course content was significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- ✗More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
- ✗More than 20% of the course content has been viewed or accessed
- ✗The request is made after downloading study materials, books, or PDFs
- ✗The student did not qualify in the examination (results are not a basis for refund)
- ✗Change of mind or loss of interest after purchase
- ✗The student violated our Terms & Conditions, resulting in account suspension
- ✗Purchases of test series, PYQ papers, or any digital download products after access is granted
Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:
Submit a Request
Email us at visionjrfofficial@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]". Include your full name, registered phone number, purchase date, and reason for the refund.
Review Period
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and may ask for additional information.
Decision & Processing
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellation Policy
For subscription-based or recurring payment plans (if applicable), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in an active billing period.
For one-time course purchases, cancellation is governed by the refund eligibility criteria described in Section 2 above.
Physical Books & Study Material
For physical books and printed study materials ordered through Vision JRF:
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product must be returned in its original, unused condition
- Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer unless the error was on our part
- Refund or replacement will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item

Vision JRF reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. The policy applicable at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction.
